Homestead Haven is an original farming homestead of the late 1800's
with a private drive and yard with a hammock, swing set, grill and picnic table.
There is a full kitchen plus washer/dryer, one bathroom with combination tub/shower,
and one bedroom with a Queen size bed. In the living area, there is a full-size hide-a-bed
and small daybed, plus a crib and roll-a-way available.
It has satellite TV, VCR, DVD, radio/CD, and wireless internet(WiFi.)

Antiques and handcrafted furniture,
as well as new, blend with the
handmade quilts and rag rugs
to "welcome you home".

Manitou Springs is tucked between Pikes Peak to the west and Garden of the Gods to the east and is in the center of many local attractions
of the Pikes Peak region.

Hiking, biking, mineral springs, art galleries, shopping, playparks, tours and many diverse restaurants are available for your choice.

Come for a five night minimum stay or a longer family get-a-way. Families are welcome!
Also available is Cowboy Cottage, a two bedroom home, next door
to Homestead Haven with similar amenities, different layout, same charges.
 

Please call or email for availability or rates. A credit card or deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation with the balance due upon arrival. With 14 days advance notice of cancellation, any deposit will be refunded. Off season weekly/monthly rates are available.
